The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1, ensuring all pupils are supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress.
- Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
- Contributing to the wider school community.
- The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for helping children develop and succeed.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
