About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach English Language and English Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Deliver high-quality, creative, and inclusive lessons
  • Support students of all abilities to make excellent progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated and forward-thinking department
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement

There may also be opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
