A large and vibrant 4-form entry primary school based in Brent is seeking a passionate and committed KS1 or KS2 Teacher to join their team for a September 2026 start. About the Role

As a KS1 or KS2 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Work collaboratively within a 4-form entry team, sharing planning and best practice across year groups
  • Inspire pupils to develop a love of learning and achieve their full potential
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring strong progress for every child
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively to inform next steps in learning
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders to maintain high standards across the school
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and whole-school events

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a large school environment
  • High expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and progress
  • A reflective, enthusiastic, and committed teaching approach
  • A strong interest in professional development and career progression
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
