CER Education are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work while gaining valuable experience in different school environments.

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Help to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Prepare and organise learning resources and activities
• Contribute to the overall development and wellbeing of pupils

Essential:

• Experience working with children (in schools, childcare, coaching, or similar settings)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
