A welcoming and inclusive school in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and supporting young people to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to provide academic, social, and emotional support to pupils across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
Encourage student confidence, independence, and participation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and child development
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
