We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Warrington.

Roles vary from general classroom support to 1:1 and small group intervention work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom under teacher direction
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning
• Assist with behaviour management and engagement
• Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN where required)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
• Patient, supportive and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent desirable
