Pay: £95-£110 per day

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This Teaching Assistant role will involve providing one-to-one support for a pupil with an EHCP, helping them access learning, follow routines and remain engaged throughout the school day. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support and implement agreed behaviour and learning strategies.

The school is known for its nurturing environment, supportive leadership and strong focus on inclusion. Staff work collaboratively, and every Teaching Assistant is valued as an important part of the wider school team.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:

• Have experience supporting pupils with SEN or EHCPs
• Be calm, patient and consistent in approach
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Work well as part of a team
• Be reliable, proactive and adaptable

Previous one-to-one SEN experience is highly desirable for this Teaching Assistant position.
