We are currently recruiting on behalf of a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Hounslow.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across mainstream primary schools in Hounslow from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the diverse and well-connected borough of Hounslow, supporting pupils across a variety of inclusive school settings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within mainstream primary schools in Hounslow, where you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
• Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children within a school or similar setting
• Is patient, proactive, and adaptable
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Holds a DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
