A welcoming and highly regarded Catholic primary school in Balham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team on a full-time basis with an immediate start.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide classroom support, assist with interventions, and help pupils make excellent progress both academically and socially.

• Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and organisation

• Have previous experience working with primary-aged children
• Be confident supporting pupils within Key Stage 1
• Demonstrate a positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Have a clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
