Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with additional needs in the early years?

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) at a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets, East London, working with children across EYFS and Key Stage 1.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference during a critical stage of children's development, within a supportive and specialist setting.

The Role

Supporting pupils within an ARP setting, focusing on EYFS and KS1

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored provision

Building positive, nurturing relationships with children who have additional needs

Assisting with learning activities, communication support, and personal development

Running for the full academic year, trialling now - so there's no time to wait!

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within EYFS, KS1, or a SEN/ARP environment

A warm, patient, and child-centred approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant or someone looking to build a long-term career supporting pupils with additional needs.
