The school has a strong community ethos and places a real emphasis on ensuring every child is supported to achieve their best.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be supporting a Year 3 class, delivering small group interventions and classroom support across English, Maths and Phonics, while working closely with the class teacher to promote pupil progress and engagement.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting children within a UK Primary School setting
• Experience delivering group interventions in English, Maths and Phonics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
