What You’ll Be DoingIn this position, you’ll work closely with teachers and wider school teams, offering essential support to pupils with diverse needs — academically, socially, and behaviourally.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting pupils during lessons to promote engagement and participation
- Supporting literacy and numeracy development
- Encouraging positive behaviour and consistent classroom routines
- Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student progress
This is a people-centred role where your input can make a genuine difference to a child’s educational journey.
Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need formal qualifications — what matters most is your mindset, reliability, and willingness to develop.
We’re particularly interested in people who are:
- Calm, patient, and reliable
- Approachable and confident role models
- Adaptable and open to working across different schools
- Strong communicators who thrive in a team environment
Experience in areas such as education, childcare, sports coaching, youth work, or care is helpful, but not essential.
What You’ll GainWe’re committed to supporting you just as much as the schools you’ll work in. When you join, you can expect:
- Access to ongoing CPD and training opportunities
- A Guaranteed Work Scheme (for eligible candidates)
- Competitive weekly pay
- Extra pay for longer travel distances or extended hours
- Simple, user-friendly online booking systems
- Ongoing guidance from a dedicated consultant
