Technical Conveyancing Lawyer (non-fee earning)

A modern, technology focused property law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a qualified Conveyancing Lawyer (5 PQE +) to join its technical conveyancing team.

This is not a fee earning/case handling role. You will sit within an operations/compliance department in a technical capacity.

Duties will include: compliance, signing off files, training and development, managing regulatory issues, complaint deescalation, managing panel relationships, streamlining processes and writing reports.

This role can be either hybrid (city of London) or remote.

The role lends itself to an experienced conveyancing lawyer that wants to move away from fee earning into a technical back office role.

Experience required

• Be a UK-qualified Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) with at least 5 PQE
