The opportunity
You’ll lead the safety, legality, quality and NPD agenda across a diverse product portfolio manufactured through a network of co-manufacturing partners.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and will suit someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities across customers, suppliers, projects and internal stakeholders.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading and developing the Technical and NPD function with three direct reports.
- Driving continuous improvement across food safety, compliance and quality systems
- Developing improved QMS for the next stage of growth
- Acting as the senior technical contact across customers and manufacturing partners
- Ensuring NPD projects are delivered effectively and collaboratively across the business
- Helping bring greater structure and process as the business continues to scale
About you
You’ll be an experienced Technical Manager from a fast-paced FMCG environment with strong working knowledge of BRCGS standards and retailer requirements
Equally important is your style.
