The Role

You’ll take ownership of the technical process from planning through to completion—ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical design process across multiple residential schemes
• Coordinating external consultants (architects, engineers, utilities, etc.)
• Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, and warranty provider requirements
• Resolving technical and design issues throughout the build process
• Supporting site teams with practical, solutions-focused advice
• Driving programmes forward and ensuring key deliverables are met

About You

• Experience in a technical role within residential development or housebuilding
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially aware
• Proactive, hands-on, and confident in problem-solving
