In this role:

  • You will build and manage strong relationships with existing customers across the US and Europe
  • Involvement in customer contracts and quotations, working on values up to 3 million.
  • Lead negotiations and work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions.
  • You’ll also take ownership of strategic projects, contribute to long‑term planning, and influence stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

You’ll need experience in sales, business development or account management within an engineering business.  You will need strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage key accounts. A solid understanding of pricing, margins and commercial risk is important, as is confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Most importantly, you’ll bring initiative, a customer‑centric mindset, and the communication skills to work effectively across departments.

The role will involve 10-20% international travel.
