Technical Services Manager

Technical Services Manager (TSM), East Central London, c£450 a day

Multi award winning Design and Build fit-out contractors established more than 30 years ago are currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager to deliver various M&E packages on Commercial Fit-Out projects in around Central London. Throughout their history, they have worked on a number of high-profile projects and continue to win projects for the future.

Due to an increased workload and continuous growth within the business, they are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager. The perfect candidate will ideally have experience providing fit-out services across the Commercial sector with particular emphasis on the Banking/Commercial/Life Sciences sectors.
Responsibilities Include:
Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Permits to work.
Overseeing the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on site.
Attending client meetings.
Management of outside contractors

Ideally degree or HND/HNC qualified with an industry related subject along with 5+ years experience within a similar contracting environment.
