A leading property company is seeking an experienced Technical Building Supervisor to join their client-side team in Central London, within walking distance of Waterloo Station.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious environment supporting the delivery of first-class engineering and building services across a premium property portfolio.
The Role
- Supervising a small team of engineers
- Overseeing planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
- Ensuring high engineering and compliance standards are maintained
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of building services
- Client-side position within a high-end property environment

About You
- Must have a strong electrical background
- Level 3 Electrical qualification essential
- Previous experience within high-end residential or hospitality environments is essential
