- Conduct vehicle diagnostics and repairs efficiently to manufacturer standards
- Carry out MOT testing, with support to gain or utilise MOT accreditation
- Complete all work accurately within set timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform quality checks and upsell additional services where appropriate
- Maintain comprehensive records of work performed and parts used
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Support the team in achieving sales targets for labour and parts
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
- Proven experience as a Motor Trade Technician, with relevant industry qualifications
- MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential; willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs competently
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Willingness to obtain MOT accreditation if not already qualified
- Experience with VAG group vehicles is highly desirable for Master Technician roles
