Location: London EC3A (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: Full‑time, permanent
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission

I'm growing my London technology contract recruitment team and I'm keen to speak with experienced IT Contract Recruitment Consultants who enjoy building long‑term contractor books and strong client relationships.
You'll focus on a contract technology market that suits your background (for example Cloud, Data, Software, Infrastructure, Digital or Cyber). You'll have the freedom to run your desk day to day, while working towards clear KPIs and an agreed financial target, so expectations are always fair and transparent.
I'm looking for someone who understands contract recruitment - the pace, the detail, the importance of contractor care - and wants to work in a friendly, performance‑led environment where good work is noticed and rewarded.
What you'll be doing
- Generating new business and maximising extensions and redeployments
- Managing and growing a contract‑focused technology desk
- Building strong relationships with clients who have ongoing contract needs
- Developing and looking after a reliable contractor network
- Managing the full contract recruitment process, including compliance
- Working towards agreed KPIs and revenue targets with support along the way
What I'm looking for
- Experience as an IT / Technology Contract Recruitment Consultant
- An agency background with proven contract billings
- Confidence managing rates, margins and contractor relationships
- Someone organised, commercially aware and motivated by results
This role wouldn't suit trainees, junior recruiters or perm‑only consultants.
You'll need previous experience recruiting technology contractors to be considered.
