Outbound Sales Executive – Automotive  £30,000 Base  Uncapped Commission, Middleton

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in growing our network by onboarding garages across the UK—helping them unlock consistent, year-round work without the cost or hassle of marketing.

This is a high-volume, high-reward outbound sales role where success is measured—and rewarded—daily.

What you will be doing

  • Pitching a compelling value proposition and closing new business daily
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and consistently hitting targets
  • Handling objections with confidence and negotiating win-win deals
  • Building long-term partnerships with garage owners
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B telesales / outbound sales experience (2+ years)
  • A confident closer who isn’t afraid of rejection
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Highly target-driven with a competitive edge
  • Motivated by earning commission and exceeding expectations
  • Resilient, energetic, and hungry to succeed
  • Automotive knowledge is a bonus—not a requirement
