Telesales Executive – Security Services Contracts
Location: Nottingham
The Role of Telesales Executive
- This is an office-based telesales role working as part of a dynamic and sociable team within the security services sector.
- Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
- You will be responsible for engaging with business customers over the phone, building relationships, identifying requirements and generating new opportunities for security service contracts.
- This role is a blend of outbound business development calls and handling inbound enquiries generated through marketing activity.
- You will be using a CRM system to manage a pipeline of SME and mid-market customers, speaking with decision makers including business owners, facilities managers and operations managers to introduce security services solutions including manned guarding, CCTV, alarm response and site protection services.
- This is an entry / early career opportunity where the Telesales Executive will receive full training and structured development support.
As a Telesales Executive, you will:
- Make outbound calls to SME and mid-market businesses targeting lapsed and dormat accounts
- Identify security risks, service requirements and contract opportunities
- Present the features and benefits of tailored security service solutions
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Work from a CRM system to manage calls, follow-ups and pipeline activity
- Support inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Work closely with senior sales colleagues to progress opportunities

The Requirements for the Telesales Executive
Previous telephone-based sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
Our client will also consider candidates from:

- B2C or customer-facing positions with strong communication skills
You must have:
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The Package on Offer for the Telesales Executive
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic
