The Role
- Making outbound calls to existing, previous and prospective customers
- Building customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
- Preparing quotations and following up enquiries
- Updating customer records and maintaining CRM systems
- Managing incoming email enquiries in a professional manner
- Supporting customer retention and account activity
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Assisting with general sales administration duties
About You
- Previous experience in telesales, sales or customer service
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Able to manage workload effectively and work independently
