We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected facilities management business based in Elland. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across the UK, our client is continuing to grow and is looking to add an ambitious Telesales Executive to their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and contributing to a growing organisation.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads and supporting the wider sales function in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting prospective customers via telephone.
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries.
- Booking appointments for the field sales team where required.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable service solutions.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales and activity targets.
- Supporting business development initiatives and sales campaigns.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in telesales, lead generation, outbound sales or business development.
- Confident communicating with decision-makers at all levels.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experienced using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
