• Be sent recordings of meetings and accurately document discussions and decisions.
• Summarize key points, action items, and assigned responsibilities.
• Distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in minute-taking and administrative roles.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with engineering terminology is a plus!
