Triumph Motorcycles is the Original British Motorcycling Company, designing, engineering and manufacturing iconic motorcycles that celebrate our heritage while embracing the future. Our central marketing team are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and organised individual to support the rollout of D365 sales and other key digital CRM projects.
In this role, you’ll use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help deliver global email customer journeys that drive engagement, re‑engagement and retention across multiple audiences.

Duties and responsibilities include:
·Rollout of D365 sales in exports
·Data management in customer insight
·Operation support tasks in D365 sales
·Managing mew D365 sales projects.
·Testing emails
·Campaign creation in marketing
·Event app management
·Supporting the CRM coordinator
·Reporting
Person Specification:
·Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent)
·GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above
·Confident in Microsoft Office, with exposure to reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
·Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365) with understanding of email marketing compliance
·Ability to analyse and work with data sets
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week- Monday- Friday
