We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join a busy and friendly team based in Scarborough.

This role is ideal for someone with previous finance, accounts administration, purchase ledger, or accounts payable experience who is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
