Location: Remote with ad‑hoc travel to Newcastle

We’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer / SDET to join a delivery team focused on improving the quality, reliability, and confidence of automated testing.
The Role You’ll play a key role in strengthening testing practices by:
  • Identifying and raising risks highlighted by automation test results
  • Implementing existing and introducing new test frameworks
  • Improving overall confidence in testing across the team
  • Mentoring and advising team members on best‑practice testing approaches
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in test automation
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash)
  • Confident working across teams and influencing testing standards
