Thai speaking Customer Service Agent

Location: Work From Home
Job Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Hours: 02:00am – 11:00am
Pay: £14.50 per hour – Weekly Pay

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our clients, delivering outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email management, and administrative support. It is a busy and fast-moving campaign and will sometimes have quiet days…  They are looking for someone to adapt to that environment. You will be working in a team and building relationships so respect and kindness to your other colleagues and team leaders is a must!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to high volumes of emails accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and meet quality standards.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Escalate issues in line with company procedures.
  • Support additional campaigns as required.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnights where needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
