Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team based in Glasgow (G32). This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and welding specifications
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and quality requirements
• Carry out fabrication and finishing tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and precision

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ TIG welding experience
• Proven ability to produce clean, precise welds to a high standard
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and fabrication processes
• Experience working with a variety of metals and thicknesses
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Relevant welding certifications (e.g. coded welding qualifications)
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
