TIG Welder

A well-established engineering company based in Alfreton is looking to recruit a TIG Welder to support the production of precision components.

This position requires excellent attention to detail and a steady hand, as it will be working on aerospace equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding aerospace products
• Small blade tip repair
• Placing a few runs of weld on top of the aero foils to restore their heights
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support wider production processes as needed

Requirements:

• TIG welding experience is essential, however, minimal experience will be considered
• Aerospace experience is desired
• A steady hand and keen eye for detail are essential
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

This role is temp to perm, paying £14 per hour and is working Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30 and Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
