Out client, a high-growth e-commerce brand is on the lookout for a TikTok Paid Ads Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns on the platform.
This is a newly created role, born out of rapid growth and huge ambitions. You'll join a forward-thinking acquisition team and play a key part in expanding brand reach and driving revenue through TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing conversion-focused TikTok ad campaigns to drive sales.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, reporting key metrics and strategy adjustments to the Head of Acquisition.
- Managing the brand’s presence on TikTok Shop, ensuring compliance and capitalising on promotional opportunities.
- Creating a detailed content testing roadmap across copy, creative, audience segmentation and campaign setup.
- Adapting campaigns in real-time to improve efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Strategically planning TikTok livestreams in collaboration with on-camera talent to maximise reach and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience using TikTok Ads Manager for direct response and conversion campaigns (essential).
- Background in e-commerce marketing, especially within TikTok Shop (essential).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to guide content strategy based on campaign performance.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
