3 shifts Monday to Friday

£35,464 plus overtime

A prestigious manufacturing company based in Alfreton. Derbyshire are looking for a Tool Setter with Injection Moulding experience to join their team due to an increase in business, and further expansion plans on the horizon. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tool Setter who wants to work within a modern and automated facility with a secure order book.

Key responsibilities for the Tool Setter

• Set up machines (changeovers) ready for manufacturing process
• Monitoring of machines to ensure they are running at optimum conditions
• Fault Finding
• Carry out reactive repairs where possible to maintain production
• Responsible for quality checks
• Communication with the Toolroom and other departments to ensure quality of product at all times
• Ensure compliance to all Company and Health & Safety legislation
• Promote a positive and safe working environment

Experience for the Tool Setter

• Demonstrable experience and stability in a similar role
• Must have previous experience of Injection Moulding
• Blow Moulding experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
