Pay:£29,000-£32,000
Rota: Monday – Friday - DAYS
My client, a large Hire Company, is looking for a Depot Engineer to join their fitter team.
The main responsibilities of the Depot Engineer will include;
  • Carry out major in-house repairs, refurbishments across a wide range of equipment including Tower Lights
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade 12V and 24V electrical systems, including lighting, batteries, charging systems, and power distribution
  • Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
  • Fault Finding
  • Inspections

The successful Maintenance Engineer will have;
  • Strong knowledge of 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams
  • Experience in equipment repair, engineering, or a similar maintenance role.
  • Background in plant, welfare units, access equipment, or a similar industry.
