Trade Counter Assistant

We are looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Watford.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service to customers
• Identifying sales opportunities and recommending suitable products
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding their requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked sales counter
• Processing sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and management to support branch success

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

£32,000 annual salary
Monday to Friday working pattern
Occasional Saturday work required
