We are seeking a skilled Traffic Management Planner to join a respected organisation based in Cambridge.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional or a Traffic Management Operative looking to transition into an office‑based planning position while continuing to use their industry expertise.

As a Traffic Management Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and safe delivery of traffic management operations across a variety of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and preparing traffic management strategies for upcoming works
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of on‑site traffic management operations
  • Liaising with contractors, local authorities, and the public to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensuring all plans and activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring traffic flow, identifying potential issues, and reporting incidents as required
This role is particularly well suited to Traffic Management Operatives ready to progress into a planning and coordination role within an office environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • Traffic Management Certification
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in traffic management or a related field
