CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshall – High Wycombe

Location: High Wycombe
Start Date: 02/06/2026
Rate: £17.00 per hour (UTR)
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: Long-term opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction project in High Wycombe. This is a long-term position offering consistent work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing site traffic and vehicle movements safely
  • Directing deliveries and plant vehicles on site
  • Ensuring compliance with site health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
  • Communicating effectively with site personnel and drivers

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall qualification
  • Valid Safety Critical Medical certificate
  • Previous experience working on construction sites
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
