Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: Half day

About the Trainee Paint Sprayer Role

We are recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join a well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Paint spraying of small, detailed components
• Preparing parts prior to spraying
• Masking components accurately
• Sanding and finishing work to a high standard
• Maintaining quality and attention to detail throughout the process
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ideally you will have some experience of preparing parts prior to spraying / masking components or you may do paint spraying in your own time and would like to further develop your skills in a workplace environment.
• A good eye for detail and ability to carry out intricate work
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
