Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £25,000 (reviewed throughout the training programme)
Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (with an hour lunch)

We're looking for two Trainee Project Co-ordinator’s to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable skills within a supportive business.

No previous project coordination experience is required – we'll provide training for the right person. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to stay organised.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Sending emails and correspondence to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and filing project documentation and evidence
  • Scheduling operative diaries and appointments
  • Updating project trackers and administrative records
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly


Role Criteria

Essential:

  • Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • GCSE-level education or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


Desirable:

  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages
