BIM Recruiter is a leading technical recruitment consultancy serving clients in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering sectors in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role with full training and serious earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new business and building client relationships
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing vacancies from brief to placement
- Developing your own market within construction and engineering
- Working towards targets, deals, and commission
What we’re looking for:
- Confident and driven
- Money-motivated and competitive
- Strong communicator
- Resilient with a great work ethic
- Sales, customer service, or construction/engineering experience is a bonus
- IT Skills (email, working with databases, MS office) - a distinct advantage
