We’re looking for trainee recruitment consultants / sales executives / graduates who want to build a high-earning career in recruitment.

We recruit across 5 core construction sectors:

• Trades & Labour
• White Collar Freelance
• Permanent
• Civil Engineering (Civils)
• M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing candidates (resourcer / recruiter duties)
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Speaking with candidates and clients
• Building relationships and developing business
• Supporting senior consultants on live roles
• Learning recruitment, sales, and negotiation skills

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / trainee / entry-level sales background
• Motivated by money and career progression
• Strong communication skills
• Resilient, competitive, and hardworking
• Sales, retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (preferred)
