Paragon Education is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Birmingham team.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of our most successful consultants, learning how to build and develop a thriving recruitment market while receiving industry-leading training and support.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while helping to develop the Birmingham area. You will build relationships with schools and education professionals, source and place candidates, generate revenue, and deliver exceptional support to clients and candidates alike.

Full training will be provided through a combination of in-house development, external training programmes and one-to-one mentoring from an established consultant.
