We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to support our busy Wolverhampton office. This is an entry-level role with full training provided — perfect for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Managing candidate pipelines
• Supporting senior consultants on live roles
• Building relationships with candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, driven and target-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Confident and proactive personality
• Sales, retail or customer service experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Desire to build a long-term career
