We’re working with a growing recruitment company that is looking for motivated people to join as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
This role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Sales or telesales experience is helpful, but not essential, the most important thing is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Full training, ongoing support, clear career progression, and uncapped commission are provided, making this a great opportunity to start a career in recruitment.

The role is based on the outskirts of Swindon, so a full driving licence is required.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will have the following responsibilities:
  • Speaking with candidates to discuss current job opportunities
  • Reaching out to talent through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media
  • Supporting experienced consultants with sourcing and introducing talent to clients
  • Matching suitable candidates to client requirements and recruitment needs
 
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy will have the following attributes and exposure:
  • A previous exposure in sales 
  • Passionate about relationship building
  • Driven by targets and KPI’s
  • A strong and effective communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A hunger to develop and learn and become the best in the market
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
