What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment)
You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting confident, professional sales conversations
- Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Sourcing and matching candidates to roles
- Managing multiple priorities effectively
- Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for an End of August / Start September start
Your First 6 Months
- Structured training from day one
- High‑activity role: calls, interviews, follow‑ups
