This is a true trainee role — no prior recruitment experience required. If you’re driven, organised, and enjoy working with people, this is a chance to build a long-term, high-earning career in recruitment. You’ll support delivery across a range of vacancies including Butchers, Production Operatives, Supervisors and Management roles. Day-to-day you will:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems
- Write and post job adverts
- Screen candidates via phone and video interviews
- Build and manage talent pipelines
- Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel trackers)
- Assist with compliance (Right to Work, references)
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Work towards clear KPIs and targets as you develop

Working hours:
You will work Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00. We’re a flexible and supportive employer with flexibility working both ways.
