Teamwork Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution operation for an experienced Training & Compliance Manager.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training & Compliance Manager to oversee all warehouse training, compliance, and reporting activities within a fast-paced distribution centre.

You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance across site operations, managing training frameworks, and driving continuous improvement in operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Training & Compliance Management

  • Manage and maintain the Training Matrix
  • Ensure all staff are fully trained and compliant in line with operational requirements
  • Monitor and maintain all training records, certifications, and documentation
  • Oversee MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training compliance

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Produce and present reports to senior management
  • Analyse training gaps, compliance performance, and operational data
  • Support decision-making through accurate reporting and insights

Process Improvement & Quality

  • Drive continuous improvement through process reviews and Gemba walks
  • Standardise and maintain SOPs, SSOWs, and work instructions
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

 Stakeholder & Team Engagement

  • Work closely with Operations Managers and Team Leaders
  • Support training delivery and change management initiatives
  • Challenge teams to meet deadlines and compliance standards

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain document control and version management
  • Support audits, investigations, and root cause analysis (RCA / 8D)

 Skills & Experience Required

✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
✔ Strong background in training, compliance, or quality management
✔ Experience managing training documentation, SOPs, and processes
✔ Knowledge of MHE training, certifications, and compliance
✔ Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel / reporting tools
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within 3PL, retail, or eCommerce operations
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
  • Experience leading teams or managing training programmes
