About the Role
Teamwork Partnership are recruiting for a Training & Compliance Manager to join a fast-paced distribution centre environment.
This role is responsible for overseeing all on-site training, compliance, and reporting activities, ensuring operational teams are fully trained, compliant, and audit-ready at all times.
You will play a key role in driving standards, improving processes, and ensuring full compliance across warehouse operations, particularly around MHE training and site procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Training & Compliance
- Manage and maintain the site Training Matrix
- Ensure all employees are trained and compliant for their roles
- Oversee training records, certifications, and documentation
- Ensure MHE training compliance and certification validity
Reporting & Data Management
- Produce accurate reports for senior leadership
- Analyse performance, training gaps, and compliance data
- Improve accessibility and use of data for decision-making
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement through Gemba walks and process reviews
- Standardise SOPs, SSOWs, and work instructions
- Recommend improvements to operational processes
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with operations and shift managers
- Challenge and support teams to meet deadlines
- Deliver training and support change management initiatives
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards
- Maintain version control of documentation
- Support audits and investigations (RCA / 8D processes)
Requirements
✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
✔ Strong background in training, compliance, or quality
✔ Experience managing training records, SOPs, and documentation
✔ Knowledge of MHE training and certification processes
✔ Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Desirable
- Experience in 3PL, retail, or eCommerce environments
- Knowledge of ISO / HSE compliance standards
- Previous experience managing or leading teams
