We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Transit Driver to join our team in Cardiff, with an ASAP start available.
Role Overview
As a Transit Driver, you will be responsible for driving a company transit vehicle and supporting waste management operations, including emptying bins at designated locations.
Key Duties
- Driving a transit van safely and efficiently
- Emptying bins and carrying out waste collection duties
- Loading and unloading materials where required
- Following planned routes and schedules
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
2 Shift Patterns Available
- Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 21:00
- Saturday to Monday, 13:00 - 21:00
Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to carry out physical work
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous driving or waste collection experience is desirable but not essential
