Shifts, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/10am-6pm, must be flexible with start times
Pay £13.26 P.H
Job Description:
- General administration tasks
- Daily driver debriefs
- Storing/archiving documents
- Running and controlling reports.
- Weekly invoicing & Data entry
- Supporting the warehouse, if and when required.
- Communicating with internal customers and external contractors
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of the transport industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Taco Master, Adoc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- You will have strong administrative skills and a good telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate.
Previous experience working within a warehouse/transport enviroment will be an advantage.
Please note due to the nature of the product we handle security checks are required prior to employment.
- No criminal records as a DBS check will be required,
- No CCJs as we will do a financial check
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
